BranchBid Florida is a marketing and lead-matching service. We are not the tree care contractor performing your work and do not supervise independent providers.

No endorsement or guarantee

Provider participation does not constitute an endorsement. We do not guarantee provider availability, qualifications, insurance, licensing, workmanship, pricing, response time, or outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating providers and reviewing all agreements before hiring.

Your request

You agree to provide accurate information and authorize us and matched providers to contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply.

Estimates and contracts

Quotes are supplied by independent providers. Any scope, price, scheduling, payment, warranty, damage, or dispute is solely between you and the provider you hire.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false requests, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BranchBid Florida is not liable for losses arising from provider conduct, services, communications, estimates, or your use of this site.
